eero, an Amazon company, offers a range of mesh Wi-Fi systems designed to provide reliable and extensive wireless coverage for homes and small businesses.

Since early 2023, we've worked with eero to reimagine its email marketing program. Our initial challenge was to take a program that relied heavily on discounting and introduce more storytelling in order to keep subscribers interested and help them understand all of the features and benefits eero offers.

From strategy and calendar planning to copywriting, design, and development, we help eero conceive and create emails
that engage its audience and drive sales. In a heavily promotional cadence, we balance the narrative with educational content that strengthens customers’ relationship with eero.

Additionally, we’ve helped eero refine its segmentation and personalization efforts to more effectively target messages to unique audiences.

Our work has helped eero grow its subscriber base, improve click and conversion rates, and increase the number of emails it sends without subscriber fatigue.
